Ed has 40 plus years of diverse experience in all aspects of the real estate market: A degree in Housing and Interior Design from Miami University; Mortgage Lender; Designer and Project Manager of buildings locally and nationally; and a full time REALTOR® for more than a decade in Kentucky and Ohio.

He has achieved the National Association of REALTORS® designation as a Senior Real Estate Specialist  Along with his partners in Next Phase Consultants, Ed expertly guides clients through every phase of home ownership, as well as, understands the various phases of life and the wants and needs associated with home ownership during the changing phase in life.

In his spare time Ed enjoys his time with friends and family and can sometimes be found cycling.  Ed brings experience, dedication, and a personal touch to everything he does.
